The Grand Junction River Hawks first made history when they clinched the NCDC Playoffs - as an inaugural team this feat is rare for a first season, but the River Hawks found themselves placed in Seed 3.

Defeating the defending champions Idaho Falls Spud Kings in Round 1, the River Hawks soared to the Mountain Division Final where they faced the Utah Outliers. A hard fought battle with the Park City natives brought Game 5 back to River City for a nail-biting Division Final. 

Surrounded by the community of Western Colorado, the Grand Junction River Hawks made history once again defeating the Outliers and  claiming the Mountain Division Championship Title. Now, the River Hawks are set to travel to Idaho Falls where they fight for the biggest title of them all - the Dineen Cup National Chamipnship.
