 River Hawks Fans,

The Grand Junction River Hawks wrapped up a demanding three-game road trip with resilience, growth, and a statement performance to close this past weekend. While the results showed a 1-2 record, the underlying numbers and the response in Game #32 highlighted a group that continues to Set the Standard and Be a Young Pro under challenging conditions.

• Penalty kill was elite, operating at 93.8% on the road

• Shot generation remained strong, even away from home

• Offensive production stayed consistent with season norms

• Details improved as the weekend progressed, culminating in a dominant Game #32

• The response in Rock Springs reinforced the team’s identity: defense creates offense

The weekend ended with authority. Grand Junction delivered its most complete road performance of the trip, scoring six goals, a clear reflection of River Hawks hockey at its best.

The River Hawks return to the road this weekend in Idaho Falls with momentum, clarity, and confidence — carrying forward the lessons from a tough road stretch and building off a standard-setting finish.

The River Hawks will be on the road for the next four games in Idaho Falls and Ogden. The next 4 games will have a big impact on the final playoff standings.
